Need advice, guys and girls pleasee?

ok, so my neighbor is one of my best friends, we are in the same grade and have been friends since he moved here when we were both four, and last year i liked him a little, but he is such a nice guy, and he is pretty hot too. this year we have a few classes together, and we sit across the room facing eachother and were always flirting, yesterday walking home i wasnt in a great mood and he had me go over to his house and we sat outside and talked for a while, we both were complaining that we were cold, and then he gave me his jacket to wear. then he said he really wanted to go out with someone and started naming people who liked him...he then asked me what i thought.... i had no clue what to say so i just went along with it, i mean i thought he knew i liked him? why would he ask me that if he knew i liked him? i mean i want the best for him, but i really really like him. what should i do? do i tell him i like him? helpp. ps were both 15 if that helpsNeed advice, guys and girls pleasee?
i would say he was fishing - it means hes a normal guy and does not know for sure if you like him - hind site being what it is you should have said those other girls where no good for him and i think we would make a great couple. - now i would talk with him and say you have found a perfect girl for him someone that he can talk to and gets along with and likes him a lot - and funny thing is she lives right next door to you. ha go fig - then ask him how he feels about it with a big smile.Need advice, guys and girls pleasee?
well sometimes guys say those things for a chance for you to say something in response. My brother in-law informed me on this little technique for example





if he came up to you and said hey do you have any friends that you think would like me ( or i would like)? He is telling you he is on the market and wants a relationship which he spelled out for you in your convo. So i would suggest going back to him and saying i was thinking about that question you asked me... and i think the best choice is ME!! I'm sure he will be more than happy with your response and if he doesn't pick it up then just try to play it off as a joke...

Possibly, he was just trying to get a reaction out of you. He was testing the waters to see what you would say. So, sure, go for it and tell him that you like him. He sounds like a nice enough guy that even if he's not interested, he wouldn't make a big deal about it.
He was probably hoping you would speak up when he said he really wanted to go out with someone. It may be a bit difficult but gather up your courage, girl and you go over and ask him to go out with you. You'll be glad you did!
