Need Dating/Girlfriend advice (Guys or girls advice welcome)?

Im a decently attractive 16 year old boy. Im nice to everyone, and i try to keep people happy. However no matter what i do, i cannot make any girls at my school like me. I swim, and do crew, i have a bunch of friends. Im a little shy, and get defensive kind of easy. But i have been told many times that im a nice person, and have really cool eyes. I have tried pretty much everything you can think of (aside from being a jerk cause that doesn't work). Could anyone help me figure out what to do to get a nice girl to like me?Need Dating/Girlfriend advice (Guys or girls advice welcome)?
You need to talk to a girl that has the same interests as you and then see if you like her. If you dont really talk to girls that much thats probably why they dont talk to you or want to go out with you. Shy, and defensive are traits of an insecure person. Chances are, girls are picking up on this insecurity. If you don't think you're a catch (and you know yourself pretty well), then how is a girl supposed to think you're a catch?





You've got to build your confidence. And the only way to do that is to realize that being rejected and being hurt are parts of life, and they happen to even the most handsome, most popular guys. The difference between you and them is that they're not afraid to get hurt. You can't be afraid either. You've got to be confident, and let that shine through. If you think a girl likes you... then she likes you. If you think its the right time to make a move, make a move. It'll make all the difference.
maybe you are trying to hard...stop showing that you are so available.. girls and guys want what they cant have, or what everyone else wants. if talk to as many girls as you can, but just as friends. word will get around for sure. im sure you will find yourself surrounded by girls soon after this. and then you'll be able to take your pick. but most importantly, dont make yourself so available. good luck
You can't make girls fall in love with you but don't worry but there are some people out there. But one thing I do notice is that guys sometimes don't realize the girls that give hints. So there could be a girl trying to get your attention and you are not seeing it.
Just be really sweet and nice to the girls. Try to act interested in their problems (at least try) and maybe you could help them. Other than that, keep doing what you are doing :)
continue being yourself and the girl of your dreams will eventually come to you...just be patient and the key is to be yourself
