there is a guy at my work who i really like...only problem is...i know three other guys from work like me and i done really want to cause a problem as i know 2 of them hang out with this guy, i dont want to sound like im boasting or a ***** or anything but these other guys i have no interest in, they are too eager and persistant, they are all my age...anyway...ok, so this guy i like is 20 and im 17 and he is so nice, and caring and drop-dead GAWGUSSSSSS and just everything i want in a guy...we talk ALL the time at work and i feel like we are getting closer but i dont want to over/under analyse the situation as i know the other guys that like me do and i hate it...i dont want to be what i hate...but yeh, this guy is just awsome, like he goes out of his way to talk to me and he'll even stop and talk to me at the shops if he sees me...even if he is with his mates...there is a party this weekend and im pretty sure he is going to be there...do i make a move? i dont want to get rejected or anything...or do i wait for him to do it? please helpGuy problems...i need advice...guys and girls?

just open the lines of communication, talk to him when you can; even if you just say hello and wish him a good day, be consistent, he'll get the message and you'll know if he is interested by the way he responds
It sounds to me like he feels the same way about you that you feel about him. Ask him out. Don't worry about those other guys. Tell them you just want to be friends. They'll get over it. Maybe you have friends you could hook them up with.
