Ok I just started a new job and am on my feet all day. and boy do they hurt. any advice guys PLEASE!!!?

wearing comfortable shoes is a must...when you get home, soak them in warm water then massage with peppermint foot lotion.

After a few days, you'll get used to it and your feet won't hurt so much..

I know this to be true as I am also on my feet all day as a teacher. We have to get accustomed to it all over again after the summer breaks...but trust me...it will get better with timeOk I just started a new job and am on my feet all day. and boy do they hurt. any advice guys PLEASE!!!?
Some really comfortable shoes and some dr sholls foot pads might help.Ok I just started a new job and am on my feet all day. and boy do they hurt. any advice guys PLEASE!!!?
Good shoes of course, check stores that outfit nurses and such.
stretch, better shoes, lose weight, stand, sit, stand, sit stretch, stand, sit. if n that dont work just quit.
The other advice is great. But what really helped me was managing my weight. Just 2 lbs up or down would make a difference. I did not even have to weigh myself after a while, my aching feet told me when I needed to hit the gym.
Soak them in hot water.
Been there!!!

Soak them in hot water and spend time with them up above your heart, like lie down on the couch with them on a pillow or two. Also, massaging them helps.

Sorry!
other than the obvious:

1. comfortable shoes

2. dr. sholls inserts

no advice, youre just going to have to get used to it.
Find some comfy shoes and it will just take time. I worked one summer in a factory. It was all standing up on cement floors for 12 hours. The first month or so my feet hurt soooo bad. After a while, they didn't hurt too much. And by the end of the summer they didn't hurt at all. That was a long time ago. Ask me to do it again...my feet would be killing me after a few hours. But, it will just take your feet time to get used to it. Just make sure your shoes are comfy.
put a couple of drops of pepermint oil in warm water and soak for 15mins.

you can also try fennel or black pepper oil or thyme oil or eucalyptus oil if you find those
