Sometimes if you push the fact that you like someone to them too hard, they might freak-out a little, and back-off. She talks to you in school because you two are there and can't avoid running into you. Seems like she still wants to remain friends, but try backing off her a bit. Like reverse psycology. maybe she is trying to mess with your head. just play some hard to get and let her come to you.....it makes girls go crazy.....trust me....if she is really into you she will come to you and all you need to do is listen to your heart and usually you are right, i mean about your intuition its usually right

that will totally turn her off, when i would like a guy and he would act that way, i lost total interest in him right away! i don't know why guys like that that'll work. unless the girl is self-centered and expects you to like her, it probably won't work.
i think you should tell her you like her, and if she feels the same way, then go get her!! but if she doesn't, try to stay her friend! it may hurt to be ';just a friend'; but in awhile after you're there for her when all the other guys hurt her, she'll see that you might just be the one.
and about the myspace thing, maybe she's shy? how many people are onj her top friends? are they guys? if its alot she may not know who's on her top so she just says yes. i'm not sure about that though.

now its time to adress the issue. ask her what her deal is and then you will have your answer, just prepare yourself for an answer that you ma not like, that way it wont hurt so much

I think that she just wants to have someone to be there for her in case she just might fall. Like you said you've been friends for about 2 years. Maybe she wants to be with you and maybe she just wants to let you know that she cares for you. If you like her you should tell her before she goes for someone else, maybe she thinks that your too afraid to make the first move, or you don't want her to like you because you just want to be friends. Ponder on weather you want to let her into your life or if you just think that it's not going to work out and you just want to be friends.
