It's my 1st time being in an American Institution (Educational) and my 1st year in college.. So I'm not really acquainted not only with college programs but also with the American education curriculum...

What you described generally fall into the Social Sciences (Anthropology, geography, psychology etc).

I would suggest that you sit with an academic advisor at your college and discuss the issues. It is hard to advise someone in a simple forum like YA...Major-minor-concentration confusion here.... I need your advice guys.. thanks.. 10pts here.. thanks again..?
hmm you're really interested in a ton of things being an educator is something you should do 1 2 3 4 5 those are the numbers that helped be suggest this. umm another could be a sociologist yes that's perfect i had a professor who got travel the world (pretty much) studying and learning more about people

study of society: the study of the origin, development, and structure of human societies and the behavior of individual people and groups in society

yeah that's perfect!! a sociologist!! ^ that's the definition :D check it out maybe it's something you would like.
Major(s) in Earth Science and/or Ecology, or Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, or Wildlife Management/Forestry.

(All of these share many prerequisites allowing double majors)

(Most of them also require graduate degrees to do well, but you can usually pick up the MS/PhD while you work,)

Minor in education. (Education is usually a stupidly easy minor, but you'll need the teaching certification.)

Look for work with a government program or NGO that helps developing nations with ecological, or agricultural management and education. (A hitch in the Peace Corps or VISTA is a good start right out of school - no money, but great experience.)

You won't make a lot of salary, but that hits most of your stated goals, and there are some good ways to make cash such as writing books and consulting after you've 'paid your dues.'
